Edge Geological Consulting Inc. “Edge” has assembled a portfolio of 10 high-quality precious and basemetals exploration projects in Saskatchewan, of which it holds 100% title to the subsurface mineral
rights. This impressive portfolio of 10 projects comprises 66 mineral claims coverin g 49,702 hectares.
Targets range from vein hosted high-grade gold to VMS and porphyry hosted base metals (zinc, copper,
cobalt, nickel and silver). One project (Watts Lake) presently has an option agreement with Shine
Minerals Corp, whereby Shine can acquire a 100% interest in the property if it meets its earn-in
requirements. The 9 remaining projects are available for option or out-right purchase.
Edge acquires ground based on sound geological merit, where the prospective upside is clear. Most
projects lie immediately adjacent to or on-strike of significant deposits. In the case of Watts Lake, the
project hosts the historic Borys Lake Zinc-Lead-Silver deposit. In all cases, projects were identified to be
staked based on a variety of indicators such as; mineralized showings, drill holes, anomalous surface
geochemistry, geophysics showing on-trend etc. All projects exhibit very good blue-sky potential.

highlighting pertinent information:
1. Watts Lake
o Target: VMS Deposit: primarily Zinc-Lead-Silver. Anomalous Gold and Copper

results up to 21.3% Zn and 184 g/t Ag.
▪ 14 km conductive corridor with numerous anomalies
2. Ithingo Lake

particularly attractive for deposit extension.

3. Johnson Lake

values
▪ Boulders with 3.6% Zn and 4.8% Pb likely from Johnson Lake area, where drilling
has 3.5% Zn, 0.4 oz/t Ag over 1m, and looks like George Lake
▪ Government geologists were convinced that Zinc mineralization occurs
continuously along 2.8km trend between Johnson Lake Main and Johnson Lake
South showings, where drilling intersected up to 7.2% Zn
4. Stackhouse Bay

Open pit mined in 1965 (26,000 tons of ore). Possible 1M Tonne orebody in the
area???
▪ Seems likely that such a high-grade deposit should be bigger and more of it
nearby or at depth.
▪ Rottenstone deposit located 10km to SW along trend
▪ Good VTEM EM Conductors on property at lineament intersections, similar to
Rottenstone deposit
6. Pitching Lake

7. Thompson Island

8. Morell Lake

over 1.7m at 200m depth & 8.7% Zn over 1.3m at 225m depth
9. White Lake
